去年暑假大受歡迎的獨木舟體驗課，強勢回歸!!一堂結合戶外教育、海洋教育、親水與生態體驗，由具有專業獨木舟與生態知識的教練帶領，用不同的角度體驗大自然。原來，溪流是如此地和我們的生活有關係；原來，台北市也可以體驗海洋休閒，一起來雙溪獨木舟漫遊吧!

Canoe Adventure - Exploring the Shuangxi River and Waterside Activities
1. Understanding the environment, topography, and geomorphology of Shuangxi River.
2. Cultivating the abilities of water-related recreational activities and water sports, gaining knowledge and skills in water safety.
3. Applying scientific principles to canoeing, water biking, or SUP operations.
4. Enhancing environmental sensitivity, the relationship between human life and the environment through experiences in stream ecology.
1.認識雙溪流域環境、河川地形與地貌。
2.培養親水的遊憩活動與海洋運動的能力，瞭解水域救生的知識與技能。
3.學習將科學原理應用於划獨木舟或水上自行車或SUP操作。
4.藉由溪流生態體驗，增進環境敏感度，思考人類生活與環境的關係。

1.防曬注意：戶外天氣炎熱，請做好防曬措施，如長袖衣物、遮陽帽、物理性防曬等，以及攜帶水壺補充水分。
2.穿著注意：以輕便為主，請勿穿著拖鞋。
3.戶外行程將有保險（課前一周聯繫詢問學員個人資訊）。
4.建議有心血管或吸呼疾病者不適合參加。
5.水上活動將有教練全程帶領，下水前亦提供學員救生衣。
